Dance Night

Dance Night

It’s Sunday night, and Randy Jackson presents Americas Best Dance Crew is on.

Jabba Wook-eez rocked it for sure. I can see the top two being them and Kabba Modern. Like I mentioned HERE, Canadians can’t vote. So if you feel the urge…free to voteVote on my behalf For either KabbaModern or Status Quo. Those are my two favorites, and though Status Quo didn’t completely rock it tonight, I love them and they need to stick around a bit more. They’re a true street crew, just watch them!

And since the movie Step Up 2 is in theaters, and this song won’t get out of my freakin’ brain…check it out.

PS: I saw the movie, it was what you’d expect, but I love dance/fight/sports type movies, so I enjoyed it. However, it wasn’t as good as one of my favoritesTAKE THE LEAD . Follow the link and watch the video clip.

ADDED: You can blame Tammi that afetr her mentioning the soundtrack for the movie I had to add this video. I’ve love this song since I heard it and was pleasantly pleased to find it was in the movie STEP UP 2 as well.

  1. I totally forgot about this show – dang!

I went and saw Step Up 2 – I love dance movies. I liked the 2nd one a lot more then the first. Last Weekend while I was at a tech convention for work the company who was hosting the convention had hired break dancers to come and do a performance – that was awesome.

As for the song – shoot I had to go out and by Step Up 2’s soundtrack because at the time I got it Flo Rida’s CD wasn’t out yet. Yep it’s a song that once it gets stuck in your head it’s there awhile.

  2. No Worries, Mimmi!

Tammi, I baught it at iTunes. LOL It’s good when I’m on the treadmill. How’s the whole soundtrack? Good Dance music I bet. I’m a fan of Timbalands The Way I Are which I heard in the movie too. Hmm, I might see if I can find a video of that too add to this post now. LOL

I started out really liking Status, but leaning more toward Jabba and Kabba now. Those guys sure know how to dance. I alsmost feel like getting in front of the tv and trying out some those moves (lol) I didn’t want to see Fysh and Chicks go because of the Girl Power thing, (and they are talented) but they just weren’t as strong as the other groups.

    See Ya!

  4. R- I agree. I’ve always liked Fysh N Chiks, but I think judging on just this nights performances, the judges made the right choice.

I predict next week, bottom Two will be BreakS8 and Status Quo, with BreakS8 going home.
