UGH! I hate Mondays.
I also hate Mornings. But here it is Monday morning , early Monday morning and I’m sitting on my laptop writing. The good thing. I’m writing.
I have to say, it’s been a long time since I’ve actually felt like a writer. Not sure why, but my desire to put words on the page disappeared fro a while. To be honest, I’m not sure the desire is back wither. But the need to is since I have edits due today, and I’m still not quite finished them. (I tried to get them done by Friday..I did. It just didn’t work) Oh, and I have a book due at the end of the month and I’m not finished that either. Yeah, the same book that was originally due on Feb 1st. I got my extention, and still haven’t made a dent.
Anyway… I pulled an all nighter last night, and somehow I’m feeling more like a writer. Funny how that works huh?
Maybe I’ve been getting too much rest these past couple months. Maybe that was why my muse disappeared. Maybe my muse isn’t a muse, but a complete lack of sleep that makes me slightly delusional. What do you think?

I thrive on lack of sleep, so it makes sense to me. I’m sure you’ll get back in the swing of things again.
I keep checking my mail box for my copy of Wicked that I won on Shayla Black’s blog. I hope it’s on its way!
Hey, babe, I’m so glad to hear it!! I was at that point late last year, just could not focus at all to write. Then, bam!, it was over all at once.
