Amie, the pop. UGH, It wasn't bad when I coudl have a glass at work, I think the weekend might kill me though. I'm determined. :) 


I've tried the three days a week thing, it doesn't work for me. I need to go five or six days a week. LOl Which is why it sucks my schedule at work got changed again, after I asked to start later specifically so I could work out before work.  But, what can I o? I need to to pay the bills.

Kudos on the pop.  I'm a huge Diet Coke addict - I try to limit myself to two a day, drinking water or Propel the rest of the time, but geez is it ever a challenge.  I crave it from the moment my feet hit the floor in the morning.  I notice a huge difference in my waist and my feet and ankles when I drink less though.  I'm back to working out three times a week, walking more and eating less fat and sugar - it doesn't take long to feel the difference, if you can just get over the initial shock and get yourself in the right mindset.</description>

I tell you I haven't felt this good in along time.  I'm working out 3X a week, drinking a lot of water, which means I'm eating less of the sweat stuff and eating good food 6X a day in small portions.  Oh and I've quit eating after 8 at night.  I can feel the difference and today I noticed the difference.  I put on my usually tight black pants, and they weren't tight.   Yeah!</description>
