Trouble is coming!!
Okay, not right now, but soon! And reviews are starting to pop up. Check this one out from Shawn Monique at Romance Diva’s! She gave it 5 Kisses!
“Sometimes it’s those days that just can’t seem to get any worse that can lead you to your true path. For years Samair Jones has suppressed her true nature. To please her family, she has worked at a job she hated and stayed in a boring, predictable relationship.
After quitting her job and walking in on boyfriend and roommate getting to know each other way better than they should, Samair knows it was past time for a change. Reaching out to an old friend, the true Samair starts to surface, and she’s ready to make up for lost time.
Valentine Ward is just the man to help her. Smart, determined, and gorgeous, Valentine is just what she needs to kick start her new life. And as he sets out to fulfill every one of Samair’s fantasies, and a couple she didn’t realize she had, Samair can’t help but think it might not only be her fantasies Valentine is fulfilling.
In a market flooded with erotic romance Sasha White easily stands out among the crowd. Not only with sizzling, cold shower worthy sex scenes but also with her amazing ability to ensnare a reader from the first page and hold them captive until the last sentence. Filled with emotion, passion, raw sexuality and wit, I doubt anyone will have any Trouble devouring this steamy read. Fans of Bound will be especially excited to know that Karl makes a guest appearance in Trouble, which will hopefully tide us all over until the tale Wicked hits the shelves.”
You can PRE-ORDER it Now if you want.

I’m definitely not a huge planner, but since I took a couple months off from writing, I’ve had a very hard time getting started again. I’m also not one of those writers who has characters living inside their head demanding their story be told. There are characters that I create and then have to write their story because I am dieing to, but it’s not the character’s doing. If that makes sense?
I’ve always envied writers who talk abtou all the characters living in their head (Stephanie, that would be you for sure. ) or those that have “So many ideas” they can’t decide what to write. I have genreal ideas, but then when I sti down to start one, they all sound like crap. LOL
Anyway, Because I’ve got no driving need to write a certain story, I’ve been floundering a bit lately - trying to decide what to do next. Yesterday, I got my agent on the phone and threw some questions at her. Then some ideas. And she helped me get a plan of attack together.
It is just a plan, no gaurentees since these stories aren’t sold, but the plan for the next year and the next, uhmm, at least 7 books, makes me feel great!! Nope, I’m not ready to share that plan with you all- yet! But, based on topics here and discussions we’ve had, I think you’ll be happy.
Until then, I thought I’d give you a little update on what’s still to come…as in already sold or written and in production.

I found a new way to entertain my cat. When I go out on the deck to water the flowers I leave the screen open. Sure enough, a fly will enter the house and my cat in entranced and goes into full huntress mode.
It works everytime.![]()
I promised pictures of myself after I got my hair all chopped off, and I’m about to deliver.
Some of you saw the red streaks when I was in Houston, or if you’re on here regularly you know when I got them. Anyway, I kept the streaks and chopped off about 6 inches in length. They also thinned it out a bit. Now, with the way it is, I can wear it natural (curly), and it looks… okay. Or I straighten it. Which I like much better.
Here you go, a few pics a friend took. The first ones were while was writing, and uhm I wasn’t happy to be interupted.
I cropped them all so all you can see is my face and hair, no need to scare y’all with the saying on my t-shirt. *blush*

So what do you think of the new hair cut? LOL I love it for summer. So easy to deal with. Plus, I know how fast my hair grows…so I’m not worried. ![]()
Every now and then a book or series touches me so much I have to chase down the author and fawn all over her. I’m lucky that I didn’t have to do that with Candace. She is a true sweetheart. A very talented fiction and non-fiction writer with a big heart who is always open to chatting and helping out other authors.
She agreed to do a small guest blog for me to celebrate her newest release, Charmed and Deadly so please make her feel welcome….and go buy one of the Charmed books. (Charmed and Dangerous is the first one, and I can’t wait to read this new installment!) They are FANTASTIC!!

One of the questions I’m asked most is how did I come up with the idea for Bronwyn. The honest answer is, I can’t really remember. Like most sane, intelligent people I was absolutely enthralled with “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.” I’d even written a book about it’s creator, Joss Whedon. When he announced the show was coming to an end I was mad.
Not long after that I had my first ever editor meeting and I knew I needed more than one thing to pitch. I sat down the night before and wrote a couple of pages about a witch who was super powerful, but had a sucky love life. I have no idea where the name Bronwyn came from, it was just there on the page. When I actually sat down to write the book I thought, “What if Bad Willow (Alyson Hannigan) was actually good?” And the Charmed & … series was born.
I love writing fiction and non-fiction. While it makes for a very busy work life, it’s creatively fulfilling. I remember when I first started writing Bronwyn’s story and I realized I didn’t really have to check facts, and I could write whatever I wanted. It’s so freeing to know you can tell a story however you want. There was a bit of a learning curve as fiction is a whole different beast, but I acclimated quickly. Now I live to write. I can’t go more than a few days without writing something. I’m that addicted.
Charmed and Deadly
Blurb: Bronwyn is back…but so is her evil ex-boyfriend. From the author of Charmed & Ready and Charmed & Dangerous.
Bronwyn is used to making enemies-when you dedicate your life to ridding the world of evil magic dudes and dudettes, it can happen. So when she first realizes that an attempted hit on the Prime Minister was really for her, it’s just “same spell, different day.” But then something about this hex reminds Bronwyn an awful lot of an ex-Jason Gladstone, who was her college sweetheart until he tied her up and tried to drain her of her powers. Talk about a date from hell.

Early Reviews for Trouble are starting to come in, and I’m thrilled that readers are loving it!!
Here’s the first one, from Barb Hicks (or BadBarb as some of you know her) who reviews for The Best Reviews.com
“Samair Jones worked at a job she hated to please her parents and had a boyfriend her parents approved of, but when she walks in on her boyfriend in a compromising position with the person she thought of as a friend, she comes to the conclusion that being good is overrated. She seeks out her best friend Joey and moves in with her and decides to follow her ambition and create her own fashion label. Samair also decides to spice up her love life by acting out the fantasies her ex boyfriend couldn’t fulfill so she becomes involved with Joey’s boss Valentine.
Valentine has almost enough to pay off the loan for his club Risque. Thanks to his witchy ex-wife the loan was called in early and he will need all the cash he can get. He definitely doesn’t need any distractions, but distracted he gets when he meets Samair.
Although Samair and Valentine tell each other that they are only in it for sex, but what happens when feelings begin to enter the picture?
I REALLY loved this book. TROUBLE by Sasha White is very hot, erotic, buy it is also a lot of fun. The characters are well developed and with the exception of Val’s ex wife, the type of people that you would like to hang out with and be friends with. I loved Samair’s friend Joey, she really needs her own story as well as Val’s friend Karl.
RUN TO THE STORE, when TROUBLE hits the stands!!”

PS: Karl’s story is already written and with my editor. It’s called WICKED, and it’s slated for January 08 release. *grin*
