Look At Me.

I promised pictures of myself after I got my hair all chopped off, and I’m about to deliver.

Some of you saw the red streaks when I was in Houston, or if you’re on here regularly you know when I got them. Anyway, I kept the streaks and chopped off about 6 inches in length. They also thinned it out a bit. Now, with the way it is, I can wear it natural (curly), and it looks… okay. Or I straighten it. Which I like much better.

Here you go, a few pics a friend took. The first ones were while was writing, and uhm I wasn’t happy to be interupted. I cropped them all so all you can see is my face and hair, no need to scare y’all with the saying on my t-shirt. *blush*

So what do you think of the new hair cut? LOL I love it for summer. So easy to deal with. Plus, I know how fast my hair grows…so I’m not worried.

  7. Thanks Everyone!! I know I’ll miss the long curls in a few months, but right now I’m loving the short and straight thing. Last time my hair was this short, technology wasn’t what it is now, and the flat irons wouldn’t get hot enough to straighten my hair. (just turned me into a fuzzball) Now it takes about 15 minutes and It’s good for a couple days.

    Go for it Vivi!! I know you’ll love it! Be sure to send me pictures so I can post them too!!

    My t-shirt. I have many t-shirts that I used to get fro free when I worked inthebars, and some are pretty nice, some are pretty wild. LOL But almost all are super comfortable..just not suitable for publoic anymore.

  8. Look at you!! That straight hair gives you a totally different look! Everyone is right - it frames your face beautifully.
    Then again, I don’t think you could ever not look beautiful.
    P.S. I’m getting highlights in my hair next week for the first time in my life.

  10. Oh Sasha, the new cut frames your face beautifully - I love it! Of course, I love your curls too - my youngest daughter has a headful of those long curls - she doesn’t always appreciate them and uses the flat iron on them for that straight, silky look. Trouble with that is she can’t keep her hands off of it and it drives us crazy to see her petting herself all the time!

  11. LOL! I understand that. ON the few times I straightened my hair when it was long I would do that too. It’s because we’re just so not used to being able to run our fingers through our hair and not get them all tangled.

  30. Oh, Sasha, don’t say you love my hair *sniff*… ugh, as much as I want to keep it, I know it’s better to donate it. That’s what I’m doing it for I plan on running the marathon in January, but, before that, I plan to cut my hair to donate.
