Not much going on right now. I’m back at work, struggling to stay with the excercise program, and gettting ready for my book signing tomorrow night.

By getting ready I mean buying some wine. *grin* and reading LUSH in search of a scene or two to read for the audience.

What do you think? IF you were to come to my book launch party/signing, would you like me to read a “story” scene, or a “hot sex” scene? Or one of each? If you’ve read LUSH, and have a favorite scene, tell me what it is, and if I read it, I’ll send you a surprise gift pack!!

For anyone in the Edmonton Area, the signing will be at Audrey’s Books on 107 street and Jasper Ave at 7:30 pm Thursday night. Come join us!!

I haven’t had the chance to get Lush yet. It’s on my list though. You could read one of each. I do like the excerpts you have for each story on your website. Have fun at the signing!

Where’s the reading? In a bookstore? And in a public area or in a private room?

I think I’d lean towards reading a story scene, but promise the audience that if they are good, I’d follow up with a bit from a sex scene afterwards. ;)

I can’t wait to read how it goes.

Yup, in a bookstore. But they know what I write and I’ve had a signing with them before.

I did a reading at Babeland in Seattle in march and read several hot scenes. At first I was a bit nervous but I had a fabulous time and in the end it was fun. But the venue was really one where reading the sex was appropriate. I don’t know how I’d do it in a bookstore, probably keep it “sensual” or funny rather than full on wet and hot.

I think you need to read the first part of chapter 16 from Passion Play,that’s my favorite part in the book.I’ll have my review up of Lush on thursday,its a must read for those who haven’t yet.
