Paperback Writer issued a challenge a while back for writers to create a free ebook for readers. Even though I’ve put up many Free Reads in the Secret Thoughts as well as on my website, I’ve never done them eBook style. I just post them.
So I took the challenge. :D
THE WHITE ROOM is the room in my head that the stories I create come from.
CONTROL is the theme of the two short shorts in this free eBook.
Two erotic short shorts to tease and please those who find control, or the loss of it, exciting. Includes excerpts for coming works
You can find this treat on my EXTRAS page. Right at the top, under Erotic Reads.
Enjoy!!
Hey all, Busy days ahead, so I thought I’d entertain you with some pics each day so you know I’m still around, just not feelin’ real chatty with a deadline looming.

Like this one? There is more to come each day until Halloween!!
Want Website Advice?:
THIS is the site you want to go to. Croco Designs is the very talented Frauke. Frauke is my webdesigner, and webmistress. She also designs all my print ads, and my bookmarks. In the past she’s graced my Ezine with her advice, but I wanted to point out her blog to you so you can bookmark it, and go to her for answers, advice, what you need. :)
Want a Free Book?”
This week Suzanne McMinn’s Free Book Friday is a chance to win one of my books! So hop on over to her blog and see what you have to do to enter the draw.
Want to laugh?
Sue and Sally meet at their 30th class reunion, and they haven’t seen each other since graduation. They begin to talk and bring each other up to date. The conversation covers their husbands, their children, homes, etc., and finally gets around to their sex lives.
Sue says “It’s OK. We get it on every week or so but it’s no big adventure, how’s yours?” Sally replies “It’s just great, ever since we got into S&M.”
Sue is aghast. “Really Sally, I never would have guessed that you would go for that.”
“Oh, sure,” says Sally, “He snores while I masturbate.”
Want a Male’s Point Of View?
Wanton Maleness is a blog I absolutely adore. Married man who is very open with not only his sexual side, but his love for his wife. Check out his blog and surf through his posts.
I’ve committed to teaching a month long online class with Access Romance, and I’m planning some fun stuff!
The class?
Voice: The magic behind the words.
What is it that makes a story stand out? We all want to know the secret, but the truth is…there is no secret. What makes one book stand out from the other, what makes one story memorable isn’t always the complicated plot or the unique characters. More times than not, it’s the author’s voice.
In this four week online workshop author Sasha White will help you discover and strengthen your personal voice and style, and show you the way to the magic behind the words.
Yup. It isn’t until March, but you can read more about it and some of the lessons it will include HERE and register now if you want, too.
It’ll be fun!!!
So, I’m not a huge country music fan but I do like some people/groups. The Dixie Chicks are a group that I’ve liked, but not enough to buy one of their cd’s. In fact, I was completely oblivious to the controversy of the lead singers “statement” at a London concert. I can remember a while ago seeing something about their “controversy” but I didn’t bother to look it up on the internet or pay much attantion. Anyway, their song Not Ready To Make Nice caught my attention. I bought it from iTunes and even though I didn’t know what was going on, I loved the song.
It sounds like something I would say when angry, and hurt. Well, the sentiment is one I’ve had, but the song says it much better than I would. Anyway, I saw a promo for Oprah yesterday where the Dixie Chicks were going to be on today, so I watched it. I have to say it. Now I’m gonna run out and buy their cd for sure. Not because I like the single or because I’ve liked some of their music before, or because I agree with what lead singer Natalie Maines said, but because I do believe they have the right to voice an opinion.
People, famous or not, have a right to voice opinions. There are people all over the place saying worse, and doing a lot worse. Now, I’m not a US Citizen, and I’m certainly not a political activist, but as a person who likes to write what I want, I think supporting this is worthwhile. I plan to see the documentary SHUT UP AND SING as well.

So, have any of you followed this since it happened? Anyone have an opinon?
I’d love to blog, but I don’t really have anything to talk about. How sad is that?
I’m writing, I’m working, I went on another date, and was told how great I am, but his life is busy and the timing’s wrong so he can’t see me again. Life goes on.
A reminder for my dentist appointment just popped up, but I can’t make it. I have to email them and hope he gets the reply before 9 a.m.
Since I have nothing inspirational or interesting to say to y’all today, I’ll post a pic instead. What do you tink? Inspiring? Interesting?
