I have to ork the bar tonight. It’ll be my last shift in the lounge fro a while because I took April off to finihf my WIP. My boss is going on holidays during that time though so I’;m going to cover a coupl e of lunch shifts then. That should be intersting. It alsways is when D goes on holidays becuase then the power struggle begins. You knwo that saying too many cooks spoil the stew? Well, sometimes, too many female staff members in one place spoils life for a while.

Really…what is it with women and being so competitve? I mean I know men do it, they just show it differently …but man, I really think women are more emotional, and take it to a totally different level. Anyway, I’m glad I’ll just be helping out during lunch, then running for the door.

Well, that’s pretty much all the little bits I’ve been thinking about lately. LOL More babble tomorrow.

The Other day I blogged on the AQP blog about a sort of mystical experience I had…and got some great responses. In the comments section of thepost as well as in privat e emails. You can read teh post Here before you continue reading this one if you want.

I think it’s amazing what’s out there, and I really do believe that if your sensitive enough, or “open” enough you can feel, or even see things. I admit I’m sort of scared of “seeing” things, and that probably keeps it from happening. My grandmother on my mom’s side was a little old Italian lady who believed in “the eye” and all things supernatural. My grandmother on my father’s side was born in Ireland, and told us stories about hearing the Banshees the night her father was killed.

My Mom often talks about dreams she’s had come true and such too. And I think everyone has experienced DejaVu at one point or another. You know, that feeling that you’ve been somewhere or done somethig before, and for an instant you feel as if it’s a dream?

It all certainly lend s a bit of credence to the soul-mate thing doesn’t it? What do you think about the whole “crossing over thing?” Do you think that Ghosts, even after they “go into the light” can still see us and contact us?

OKay, Remember I bought a new laptop? I’ve been playing on it. And you know how I love to collect pic’s of hot men? (I have womena dn just basic erotic ones too) . Well, I’ve been playing.

Okay, I admit it. American Idol inspires me every year. However, this year, I’m more than inspired. I’m in love.Yes, can you guess with who? LOL Did you read the title for this post? Yes. I am in Love with Bucky Covington.

Beth, who lives in N.C, tells me there’s many like him, or Chris, down there. Chris is also hot, but in the way where I’d let him do naughty naughty things to me.

I’ve been all over the world but I really think I need to travel through the southern states sometime.

But I missed blogging, so I’m back. I bought a new computer yesterday. An iBookG4. YAY!! It’s so tiny, and cute and white. I love it. I used to have a Toshiba laptop, but I had nothing but problems with it. So I bought the Mac desktop, cuz I was told they’re almost indestructable. LOl It is. It’s one solid computer and any problems I do have, are simply cuz I’m a computer idiot.

I also have a NEO, you know, the little lap sized wordprocessor. I love it too. But I missed being able to play with my photo’s and music playlists while I watched tv. Plus, the iBook actually has more RAM and more MB than my desktop. Hows that? LOL

So, did I justify the purchase? How about if I tell you that now that I can do it any time, I plan to get all my old travel photos put onto the cpomputer so I can possome really great ones in my Photoblog? Cuz, you know, when I went to Nepal, I didn’t have a digital camera, so I have to get most of my really great photos done for this. And now it’s worth it! :)

Okay, on the personal front. Uhmmm Nothing. I’ve been thinking about tryingthe cyber dating thign again…and I’ve been thinking I’ll just not think about men until summer, then I’ll go out and about more, and try to meet them for real. Not ones that I just serve drinks too. I admit, that idea really appeals. For now I’m day dreaming about meeting a guy onthe basketball courts in the nearby schoolyard. That woudl be so great. If I went over there one night inthe spring, and saw somehot guys playing basketball. Shirts and nno shirt. uh hmm.. okay. Gotta stop daydreaming.

Also, today I posted at the AQP Blog At first, I really struggled to find something to blog about, yet, as soon as I started on dreams, I ended up telling a story I never thought I’d tell many people, let alone the world.

I’m a single healthy woman, and sometims BOB is just so much easier to deal with than a real person. Plus, sometimes the two mix, and that can be great fun! I even have a short story centered around such a scene. I think I’ll put that one in the next issue of Secret Thoughts but I’ll share a taeaser with you, cuz, well, I like to tease.
