It’s funny, on the new Blade Trinity DVD he talks about how hard he worked for that body. He said he hurts so much everyday that he hasn’t had the chance to actually ‘enjoy’ the change. LOL!

If I remember correctly, I think he also said he Hated ther workouts that got him that body. LOL After my first session with my trainer today, I can sympathize
