I’m so happy for her, she doesn;t have a website, or a blog, so I can’t send you one…but I have to share my happiness.

I met Camille at the first writer’s conference I ever went to, and we hung out all weekend, occasionally trying different types of Martini’s ;). After that weekend, we worked togehter as cp’s for a while, but somehow lost track as cp’s, but stayed friends. I think it was when she went to write a historical, cuz I really suck at historicals stuff.

When I was in the Vancouver airport for 6 hours waitign for a plane this summer, she couldn’t come see me cuz she had to work, but I called her and we got to chat on the phone for over an hour. :hehe:

I know it seems hard to believe that you can become good friends with someone you only met over a three day period, but I have to say….I truly feel Camille IS a good friend, and she will be for life. I’m so extremely happy for her.

Now, In regular blogging style. Last night was busy at work, and I ran my butt off. (I really wish that was literal. lol) however, I did find out that one of our temoprary delivery drivers is a writer too. And guess what? She loves sci-fi!! :hehe:

So, towards the end of the night, when it was slowing down, we had some chats about possible story ideas. I told her what I had in mind so far, and she really helped clarify. So, I think I can bang out this short story this weekend! Yay!

I’ll try and post a hint of it tomorrow. Right now, I’m going to go do the dishes and start on some errands so I can write all weekend and not worry about the state of my condo. Maybe if I get most of my errands done I can take a break and go see Sahara this weekend too!

*sigh* Matthew. Yum! And I have to admit. I like Steve Zahn too. He’s so funny! :D

OKay, I’ve been gvigin this sci-fi erotica story a lot of thought. My idea from yesterday flopped. :( WHy? Becasue when I go thome from work I had such a massive headache(I think it was from tall the daylight in the last two days. ) I took a nap and didn’t write.

When I woke up, the idea seemed stupid.:crazy:

So I did some surfing, and reading of excerpts, to see what people expected of an erotica sci-fi story. It’s a world…a Galaxy…where anything goes! Sex toys, that uhmmm, move on their own, space ships with ‘pleasure rooms’, smugglers and mercenaries. Whew! Ther eis some hot stuff out there.

I also found a couple with Sex-bots. Man oh man, I wish there was such a thing. I’d order one. *dreamy smile*He’d be tall, lean but muscular, dark hair, green eyes . . .and devoted my every erotic whim. :P

As a single woman, (who hasn’t checked in on the singles website thing in a while) I have to say, if I could have one of these….I wouldn’t need a real man. I could just turn him off when I wanted my ME time, and on when I wanted uhmmm . . . to be turned on. :hehe:

If this was the year 3000 and you could have a sex-bot, or a pleasure room, or have any sex toy your imagination could come up with…what would you chose?

Well, I’m up easrly again, I’m workgin lunch while my boss is in Mexico. Not bad either, I mean, usually getting up early fro me is ahell. But I’m doing ok. I even thought about getting up a bit earlier to got the gym beofre work. Thought about it is the key word. ;)

As well, I’ve an idea onthe Futuristic/Alien sex story. so I’m trying reall hard to get it done fast while I still think it’s a good idea. Because if I think about it too much, the idea stops being a good one. Does that ever happen to you?

I finished my final edits for THE DEVIL INSIDE, and am moving on to the Alien/futuristic thing that I have NO CLUE how to get into. (I think I’ve decided to scrap what I have and go at it from a whole different angle.)

Anyway, because I’m done the edits I did a bit of surfing for fun on the internet and found a few funny things I don’t think anyone should miss out on.

Okay, if you read yesterdays post you know my day started sort of rough. I’d hoped that with a good attitude it would get better, but I was wrong. I know the flowers might make you think I’m lieing, but the flowers weren’t found until the end of the night.

I feel the need to babble/rant a bit…so I’ll put it in the Read More, category, so those of you that don’t need to hear me bitch, can just enjoy the pretty flowers. :)

Oh! And today has been good so far, aside from the fact that I can’t talk AT ALL due to some stupid chronic laryngitis thing, I got my last round of edits on THE DEVIL INSIDE this morning, and the editor had some nice things to say about the story, and my writing…so YAY!! :D

Last night was pretty slow at work. I didn’t mind because I still had a lot of VLT (Video Lottery Terminal) customers, and sometimes when they win, I get a nice tip. :) Anyway, work went good, but as we were leaving work I reached for my keys and found that the car key had somehow snapped in half. Uh oh! :O

So Kevin, the kitchen manger, gave me a ride home from work.:)

I searched high and low in my apartment, and no extra key. :crazy:

Around 4 a.m. I set my alarm for 8.am to call my parents before they go to work, and went to bed. (You think I haven’t locked myself out of my car or my house before?) Aftr much searchign, My mom found my ecxtra key, and said she would drop it off at my place before she went to work. She drove me to my car, I went to the mall to get a couple more keys cut. I got some keys cut and grabbed some food from the food court. A Meat Burritto COMBO. I drive home, and there are NO TATERS!! :angry:

Yes, I checked the bag before I left. But, uhmm I was checking to make sure the hot sauce was there…not the taters. :doze:

Oh Well, at least I’m up and awake, my ass didn’t really need those taters anyway. ;) AND when I was at the mall, I stopped at the bookstore to pick up Suzanne’s, Cole Dempsey’s Back In town, and to look at the Wicked Words Sex In The Office on the shelves, cuz I still get a thrill seeing a book with one of my stories in it on the shelves :P
