A real self-doubt enhancer. I always assume no news is bad news - like the editors are passing around my manuscript(s) and chuckling at how ridiculous I am in thinking I have a shot. In those moments I think - just let me hear SOMETHING even if it's a no. Then I remember Emma's post about saying the same thing until she got a rejection. Bottom line: the wait is a killer but it means you're working and there is something out there for consideration - that's very cool. Good luck! The waiting is a killer. A real self-doubt enhancer.
