		<description>Sasha, I started working out last week. I told myself I'd only have to do 15 minutes a day. By Thursday, I'd hurt my shoulder and the time off has just snowballed. Have I started back up? No! At least the diet part is going fairly well. &lt;sigh&gt; Oh to be twenty-one again, so I could eat whatever I want. LOL!

		<description>I've never been able to eat whatever I want. :( AT least not wihtout working otu constantly.  However, I have noticed that as I get older...I do have to work out MORE to be able to eat the same. And workingout is so hard to get back into. lol But I did manage to get 15 minutes onthe treadmill today. :D Not much, but a little at a time will have to do for now.  ;)
