I think experience (Not jsut with your self), and a passion for what you feel. Yea, sometimes it helps to be horney, puts you in the mood, and makes you write what you would like to be doing instead of being infront of a computer. And other times writting will make you horney. But if you are like me and don't have a man readily handy.
