That clicking noise?  I've had it a couple of times when I've sprained my right ankle.  Doc said it's because when the ligament stretches too far, it causes the joint to work outside of its normal range of motion.  So it goes out of normal range, and then back in...out, in, etc.  The going back in causes the clicking noise sometimes.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But still, it's better to be safe than sorry, so if it's super painful, or you have a loss of sensation, it might be best to see the doctor!  :cry:
